Our events have grown significantly over the years, and this year will see over 60 exhibitors from both New Zealand and from the USA bringing you the latest U.S. destination and supplier updates – you can’t afford to miss this great opportunity! Check out our exhibitor list here and see who's new!

Travel Trade Events

Travel Trade evening events will be held in two different locations in New Zealand from 5.00pm till 9.30pm. You can meet and chat to exhibitors in a free flow marketplace format before the presentations commence. A full course meal, along with beverages will be supplied at both events, and we can assure you that this year’s events will be worth attending!

Live outside of Wellington and Auckland but would still like to attend?

We'd really love to have as many as we can attend our events, so this year we thought if demand was high, we would charter buses for those living outside of Wellington, Auckland and on the North Shore of Auckland.

Pending demand, charter buses will be departing from the following areas and returning post the events. If we don’t have enough agents register for this complimentary bus service then we won’t proceed with this offer.

• Albany (multiple pick up points within Albany for Auckland event)
• Hamilton (for Auckland event)
• Palmerston North (for Wellington event)
• Paraparaumu (for Wellington event)

Once you've registered for either the Auckland or Wellington event, more information will be supplied regarding this complimentary service.

Media Marketplace opens 3.30pm till 4.30pm.

A free flow marketplace will allow you to talk with both local and international U.S. suppliers. Light snacks and beverages will be served during this time.
